Just buy the LS6 intake that doesn't have the EGR provisions bc your not going to be running it anyways, i mean the 01 and 02 cars didn't come with it so i doubt they will notice if a 98-00 car will have them

. This is just my .02.

The '01-02 has a different camshaft that creates the same effect as having an EGR. That's why it's not there.

well i got my smog first then put on my LS6 w/o EGR, they checked to make sure it was plugged on top on the manifold i was like "thank God i didn't put it on yet" but again i'm in cali

I want to but an ls6 but i dont know which one i want yet because my headers have the provisions, and i live in ca. I might just have to spend the extra cash on the slp with provisions.
