What did you use? alright i got the tb all ready to be ported. What is best to use to port it. Have been trying my luck with quite a few things and makin very little progress at all. I know it will take time but just not getting anywhere. Could use the help.

I used a dremel tool on mine. I had very good results with the little round sandpaper attachments. Once I got it how I wanted with the dremel tool, I smoothed it up with some very fine sandpaper 1200 grit. You might be able to use some 00 steel wool or a scotch bright pad. Just take your time with it and be patient and you will have good results. All you really want to do is smooth up any rough casting marks. Do a search on porting throttle bodies, And also do a search on Bump Stop Mod. That is where you get your throttle butterfly exactly at 90 degrees when you mash the gas pedal all the way down. I did the mod, and very pleased with it. Good Luck.
