intake manifold and gear question

intake manifold and gear question This is really gonna sound stupid but I'm asking you guys since I'm kinda new at the LS1 scene.
What size gears and is it an LS1 or LS6 intake manifold on the 2002 Collectors Edition Trans Am A4, some people think that it comes with the LS6 package wich I doubt but I rather hear it from you.
I sent my car out to get the engine worked on and I got Stage 2 Patriot Heads and Cams along with the Headers internals, Racing High Flow Cats, 3500 Converter and a complete tranny rebuild good for abuse. The other question is if I dont have the LS6 intake and decide to go with one what kind of gains should I expect since I already have a BBK 85mm TB, I really dont want to spend $400 on a 90mm or should I try to get this one ported?????
Also at the end of this month the car is going for some 373 gears, I already have a ZEX 125 shot in the car.
Any kind of suggestions or input would be appreciated

You car should have the LS6 intake on it. Just look up the part number on the driver side of the intake to make sure.
You should also have 3.42 gears, If you open your door and look at the RPO Codes in the door jamb, a GU6 means 3.42 gear.

If it is an A4 you will have 3.23's dont recall the RPO...
