NW work great if you can get him to make them. he is always back ordered. any Tb can stick if its out of adjustment. IF you think about it and make sure the shaft is lubed and make sure the balde is square and your not going past closed or past open you shouldn't have any issues.

Let's clear something up. I am assuming you are talking about the throttle hanging open? That is the problem I had with the BlueMaxx.

If you are talking about the throttle sticking shut, that is usually cured by a throttle stop adjustment.

The only Tb I've heard of having a problem was the PTM. Although it wasn't that they were sticking, it was that they were not opening all the way... Apparently, the worked the kinks out of it a while back, I have one from recently, and it works just a good as a Nick Williams.

That is what the BlueMaxx was doing on mine, but it was hanging at what ever speed I accelerated to. Bolted the Holley on and it ran like a top. Go Figure?

My BlueMaxx is doing to same damn thing. Talked to Ron @ Vengeance and said he would ship me a new TB and switch out with my old one. When driving, it was like an automatic cruise control. I had to tune my car with this sticking throttle body. HP Tuners would show it sticking at 4-5% throttle. I would blip in to "jostle it lose" and it would fall to idle. But sometimes it just got stick higher. Be at 1500 RPM, blip it, then stuck at 3000 RPM. Blip it harder to rev to 4000 then drop to idle.

Nick has my car and is tuning it.

He has two nice cnc machines to make the thottle bodies, but he pretty much does it by himself.

Bluemaxxx is junk. Sticks open at any position. That's reason I've been without a truck for going on 3+ days...

WOW just installed my Fast 90 w/a UMI TB and it is awesome, even the quality!
If GM engineers use it for racing, it is good enough for me!
