ls2 intake on a ls1
If it's published in a magazine as a dyno test how is that a advertisement? Once again I'm sorry I know nothing. How many intakes have you flowed? How about real world results, do you have those? I do. Why do FI cars run LS2 intakes if they suck? Speed Inc went 8.6 with a out of the box LS2. But your right they are junk.

Interesting link. That article is part of the reason I'm either keeping the LS6 or going with the fast 90/90. Don't take it as I ignored your info, in fact I greatly appreciated it and is exactly why posted in this thread (on top of searching on my own) to get peoples experiences with the LS2. In the article they said '''alterations'' to the LS6 snout to take the 90mm TB , are they talking about porting the intake or something else? Don't be surprised if you can't find much info on the modified intake as no one really has them. Except for this one guy named Rey, but he seems to like them a little too much.

They are cutting off the snout of the intake and replacing it with one that will accept a 90mm TB. The pics of the LS6 intakes in that article are all the same, so don't go by that. Here's what they really look like:
