Supposedly the 6.0L truck LQ4 80mm will work, but I've never heard of anyone using it. I would imagine that you could find one for next to nothing if you look around.
It shouldn't have the issues that some of the aftermarket throttlebodies have had with coolant, air leaks, or idle problems.

Thats because there is no 80mm truck tb. All of gm's cable driven ls based tb's are all 75mm units and basically share the same housing. As far as hp gains, i have ssen people gain a couple hp over an aftermarket 80mm. Now if that aftermarket 80mm was ported it would make more power than a stock tb. But its really not worth it to pay for a 80mm unit.
