Edelbrock Headers or Y pipe

Edelbrock Headers or Y pipe I have a 1998 z28 a4 and want to make her a little louder, im on a tight budget but, i have a joice of the Edelbrock Victor Race headers or the Y pipe from that same series. eventually i will get the full exhaust done but which one should i do first? And are these headers loud, if so im cool with that but dont want to get pulled over coming home from school. And does anyone have experience with ordering from JEGS?
I just put a set of those on and used the ORY, had a LM1 on there for about 100 feet. Loud as ****. Swapped out the LM resonator for a dynomax bullet that helped quite a bit, but I'm still not wanting to drive it for fear of being pulled over. Next week I will be getting true duals with an H pipe, and cats as well. My eyes cant take the smell of no cats.
