Default Anyone running the Jegs cut outs?

Im going to be doing a new exhaust with dual ellectric cut outs on the Mecham before long. I had a QTP on my SS that was a garage queen that was rarely driven and it lasted an entire three months so I will never buy another QTP. With that said, does anyone have any experiences with the Jegs cut outs or DMH?

Are you talking about the Jegs manual cutouts? Like the 35 dollar ones?

^^ yeah if your talking about the regular manual ones there are really no difference between them and any other ones besides QTP's stainless ones

I've got one of the Jegs 3" manual cutouts at each one of my header collectors... They work great where they're placed!!! I have to keep them manuals, I'd be in jail if those were on a switch

jeremiah,...the DMH's that were on Julies Formula worked great, and I played with them a lot, Never failed. Over 6 months.
I have heard good things about them.

Thanks Dave!

Im looking at the ellectric cut outs guys. I thought I might ask to see if any of you had any experiences with the Jegs before I dish out the extra money on the DMH.

DMH is much better than QTP...personally i'm going with a pair from doug's. they're almost twice as expensive but the quality and engineering are worth the extra coin...as far as manual cutouts go, shop on price cuz they're all the same

What about the Mccord? I had that for ever 2 years before it finally died on me, actually the motor still worked a little bit but the plate fell off the car while driving.

I would go with Mccord in a heartbeat.
