Edelbrocks suck, you should spend atleast $1,000 to get your money worth!

oh and usually Y-pipes are specific to a certain header. some will interchange between 1 or 2 brands (just an ex. like Hooker and Jet-hot) but thats about it, they arent all the same design.

btw, Edelbrocks are very nice for the $ and so is the y-pipe!

I dunno about that... I ended up spending $400 for coated LTs and y-pipe brand new and my car is running 12.8xs now with that investment plus a lid

I got my money's worth!

Check the sponsor forum for a sale on Pacesetters, find your best buy, and don't look back. They're unbeatable for ease of installation and fitment.

Pacesetters are good for bang-of-the-buck headers. So are the XS Stainless Steel Headers which you can purchase for 299.99.

Pacesetters are a decent value header along with Flowtech. We also sell a lot of Kooks...but they are like the Cadillac of headers.

They are nicer built from better materials. A Malibu will get you around about the same as a Cadillac and there is nothing worng with that. There are however some people who will pay more for better materials/build quality.
