Need it a lil quiter?????

ok i know this isnt in the right section cause i couldnt find the right one for and lt1 but anyway i have a 97 camaro with lt4 cam and heads going out into bbk headers no cats and into an slp lmII so my question is how can i get my exhaust quiter without having to put an all new exhaust system on??? any suggestions are welcome....

Put some high flow cats on the car, most shops can modify your current setup when adding cats. Should be no need to buy new exhaust, just new cats.

you would be surprised how just adding cats will tone down your exhaust. without changing out your exhaust i don't know if you have too many other options.

buy some short bullets and weld them just ahead of each tip...minimal flow change and it will tone the sound down noticably.

or swap out the LM muffler for something better like the borla XR1
