Thottle body question
it. I have had tip-in/off idle drivability problems that makes the car hard to get moving from a stop. You have to take off hard, which chatters my clutch, or "try" to take off easy, which usually causes it to start buckin. The problem came about after the cam went in but I don't see how it runs so smooth the rest of the time for it to be a cam/tuning problem. I'm gonna put the stocker back on for a comparison. Besides, is the BBK really worth it just for 2 more mm in size?
I had a BBK and was having some odd off-idle problems.
It wouldnt exactly fall on it's face, but it wouldnt exactly take off like a rocket off idle either. It just seemed to not run right.
Put a ported stocker on and problem solved.
