Copper Header Gasket Install I'm curious as to which way these copper gaskets go on. They an almost o-ring like bulge pressed into one side of them. I need to know if the raised side faced the head or the header.

Not sure what brand you are using, but according to SCE's website that sells copper header gaskets. Their FAQ states:
5. When installing embossed copper exhaust gaskets, which side goes toward the head? The flat side of the embossed copper exhaust gasket faces the head. The embossing allows for any irregularities in the manifold or header.
