Do the Dynomax Ultraflow and Ultraflow SS sound the same?

Do the Dynomax Ultraflow and Ultraflow SS sound the same? They appear to be mostly the same, one is stainless and one is aluminized though. My current Ultraflow has decided to rust off one of the tailpipes so it's time for a new one. I love the sound though (nice and quiet for stealth mode with great flow), and don't want to get a crappy sounding SS version if it's any diff.
Anyone heard the two? Any impressions?

I havent heard these 2 mufflers on the same car to compare. They should sound very similar since they are the same design.

They got a clip of a cobra with welded mufflers and a gt with s/s mufflers. Sounds like the GT has cats though.
What exhaust are you runnin? Do you have headers and cats? Also what muffler did you have? Was it the straight through or crossflow?

Re: Do the Dynomax Ultraflow and Ultraflow SS sound the same? I am running the 17227 crossflow (3" in, dual 2.5" out). I have FLP longtubes with cats. I have a cutout before the axle with a MPP2 which I leave open most of the time. I close it for inspection, cops, late night running, etc. Very quiet with it closed.
