Default Noise From Pulleys??

I'm getting what sounds like a friction noise from the pulley area. My question is, is there anyway to grease the bearings, or just replace the pulley? I only hear it at idle, after the car has been on for a few minutes. Any advice would be appreciated. TIA

Jeff

My noise sounds like metal touching metal as the pulley spins, is that similar to what he had? its sort of a ticking noise, sorry i can't be more technical.

My buddy's car would only do this when the engine was cold...Once it warmed up it went away...i cannot really describe the sound it made but this is what his car did...
