I had mine installed on the I-pipe right under the front passenger seat. The closer to the front, the louder it will be. Make sure to have it installed facing to the right side not down in order for the actual motor to have more clearance from the ground. You don't want it installed facing down n then find the motor missing one day after knocking it off with something on the road. I ran the wire with some tie wraps to a hole under the right rear seat and under the carpet into the center console where I installed the switch. I only installed one elect. cutout and it still made a clear difference in Hp gain at the dyno. I already had LT's and a Y-pipe.

here you go underneath the rear passenger
(as always excuse the leak aka extreme nastiness underneath)

I have had duals on the y-pipe, had a single on the I-pipe. and now I have a Zed... .which keeps it alot quieter in the drivers seat but is just as loud outside. because when it came down to it, the minute hp gains werent as important.

heres a bunch of pics of each..
