Question What to use and how do you set the idle set screw?

I just got the code for low TPS voltage on my 00 Formula. The car is reading reading low. I tried my smallest socket and it doesn't fit on the underside of the TB. Thanks

My tuner removed the TB and inserted the set screw from the top. Easier to adjust from the top compared to the bottom.
