Need help, need info on the 6.2 liter for a swap. I have a very good chance on getting a 6.2 liter out of a 07 hummer.
My truck that I would like to put it in is a 2000 with a 4.8.
the hummer is about 3 to 3 1/2 months old with around 5000 miles on the
drive train, it is wrecked and the insurance has totaled it.
i am talking to the insurance company and right now i have a very good chance
Of getting the 6.2 liter out of the hummer before it is hauled off for scrap.
i know some where around 04 or 05 changes were made to the
Crank and cam.
The hummers pcm is an 07 and I know my 00 pcm will not work.
What all will I need to pull with the motor to make it work in my truck?
