Headers exhaust leak

Headers exhaust leak Do most of you guys running headers have a leak at the block? Pretty much everyone i know that has put on headers used stock gaskets and they leak, if i get them i really dont feel like having to tighten them all the time

well most ppl i know put new gaskets in when new headers...but i usually always get new gaskets with every new piece of equipment that goes on my car...
