I definitely think you should re-dyno tune with your LS6 intake. You're adding quite a bit more air in there and wouldn't you want to know how much and where it picks you up? I did it on my last ride and will again on this one. Do you have other mods? If not, it might not be critical, but I'd still do it.

I'm not too sure its worth the $400-$500 price tag it is to get a dyno tune around here. But if you can get a tune cheaper it would probably be worth it. It also depends on if the price justifies the HP increase to you. I'm not to sure about making you run lean but I Imagine your AF ratio wont be effected much if at all. I could be wrong though.

I waited about 3 weeks to have mine retuned and i'm glad I did, the LS6 intake really woke up after that. But if it's going to cost you a ton, I would wait, mine was only $50 for a retune...

Most shops only charge ~$100 for a touch up tune, I'd do it.

i'm no expert however if you've had your A/F adjusted to say 13:1 you should be fine, the computer should adjust and compensate. just my 2 cents. when i added my throttle body the instructions said just let it warm up for 10 min and it will re calculate the air flow.

You already have 28lb injectors, but I'd still say there's a gain with a tune.

Agreed, a retune will only cost about 100 or less!
Or if you are going to be puting Lt's in the future hold off on the Tune, if not Retune that bitch you wont be disappointed!

I just installed my LS6 about a month ago. But am putting heads and cam on it this month, but would go get your PCM messed with no doubt. I don't think you'd be hurting the car to much if other mods are not to far off and waiting to get it done all at once like I'm doing.
