Exactly what I did with mine. All ARP Stainless 12pt bolts with stainless nylock nuts.

Here's mine, ported and painted by Tony Mamo:

I swapped the black oxide hardware for ARP stainless 12pt bolts and nylock nuts:

Tony installs M6 x 1.0 threaded inserts in the throttle body flange, very nice feature:

looks great...Only thing I would have changed would be to shave down the words on top then it would look like an ordinary ls6 manifold.

I searched by could not find it, my FAST bolts are rusting aready. I would love to get some nice SS bolts.

Did you have to take the manifold apart to get it powder coated? Can the internal gaskets handle the 400* baking of the powder coating?

I have a lot invested in "Tony Mamo" Ported FAST 90/90 so I am proud to show it...not interested in stealth especially with my supercharger under the hood

Here's the thread:

http://forums.corvetteforum.com/show....php?t=1904158

Here is the ARP bolt information:

Intake manifold bolt kit: 430-2101 (M6 x 1.0 x LONG)

If using nylock nuts for upper to lower bolts:
2 each: 770-1001 (M6 x 1.0 x 20mm) - These are ARP bulk packs of 5 each so you will have 4 bolts left over.
6 each: M6 x 1.0 stainless nylock hex nuts from the local hardware store

If using standard nuts for upper to lower bolts:
2 each: 770-1017 (M6 x 1.0 x 16mm) - These are ARP bulk packs of 5 each so you will have 4 bolts left over.
6 each: M6 x 1.0 stainless hex nuts from the local hardware store

well if you have a supercharger there is no point in hiding it. But that was just my opinion. However quick question...why port a FAST if youre going FI? Hell paying for the FAST alone is almost not worth the money compared to just buying a UD pulley for the supercharger. If ''FORCED'' Induction. Just wondering.

Good point that has been asked many times. It is just a personal want of having the best GEN III intake available to squeeze most power out of my setup without having to add boost & overspin my little V2 S-Trim any higher. I gained 23rwhp & torque increase was over 25, I cannot remember. You're right, decreasing pulley size would have been more cost effective to gain power However I did make gains without adding boost, still at 9.4psi. My goal is to make 700rwhp at 10psi or less with V2 S-Trim by having max efficient setup...still working on a couple of different angles that I expect will yield a little more power

Very clean! Much better than the ugly *** grey. The satin black is a real nice touch I like that choice!
