What heads should i use

I have an 05 silverado and i am looking to get some more power out of it i already have JBA header, full exhaust, true flow intake sys, and a hypertech programmer. I am looking to do heads, intake manifold and a new throttle body. I found a intake manifold and throttle body already. I am just not sure what would be the best heads to go with. Can anyone help me out?

I would actually do a small heads and cam package from texas speed and performance. they are a sponsor and will set you up w/o breaking the bank.
