Default Bad O2 sensors causing idle problems?

I have a heads/cam ls1 that was running fine for quite a while until last week when I got an SES light. I checked the codes and they were for the front O2s (I don't have rears). Well since then the car has developed a real low idle, and when I give it gas it takes a few seconds for it to respond, which it usually does by lunging a little at that point. It seems like it's missins a lot throughout the lower RPMs. Do you guys think this problem is attributed to bad O2 sensors? If so, how? Thank you very much for any replies.

i think i need o2s also. i keep getting a p0300 code(multiple missfire) and feels like it stumbles at idle a little bit. i'd say you need 02's, i think there like 45 bux each from gm

What are the stock replacement ones for us? I don't want Bosch. Anyone has a GM part number?
