Default Need new PS pump pulley

Well we were pulling the motor last weekend so I could do H/C rod bolts, ect. and we had it completely out and were in the process of unbolting it from the K member when the guy that was helping me pull the motor tried pulling the PS pump pulley off with a 3 jaw puller.... I was inside getting something at them time. Well I came back out and he had chipped a piece off of the pulley and now there's a pretty sharp edge on there so it looks like I'll have to replace it. How much do they run usually and do you guys know if I can get a billet one instead to replace it? How much more would it be? Thanks!

This is a nice option, think it's about $300 for the pump and pulley. http://www.turnone-steering.com/pumpdirectory.html

Yeah, not sure I want to spend $300 on it though... all I need is a new pulley, it shouldn't be more than $50 I wouldn't think, unless I chose to go billet... which I probably wont'

Car quest had it for 17$. Just got mine last week. Another plus for going to aftermarket pulley is that it has holes in it so you can take the pump off without ever having to take the pulley off, Lee

I would recommend a billet piece rather than the plastic one...the Turn-One pulley I have allows you to take the pump off without having to remove the pulley due to the holes in it.

I originally wanted the Synister pulley, but when it was time to get it, it looked like they had or were going out of business.
