spark plug question
quick question on spark plug heat ranges. is it better to have a spark plug that as a cooler heat range or hotter for n/a cars? ngk55 have a hotter range than autolites, so would they last longer? and aren't tr55 copper tips? and shouldn't ls1's use iridium because they also last longer?

it all depends on how much power you are making and what compression ratio you have. if your 380 at the wheel or less and have stock cr heads than stick with normal heat range plugs.
if you have high cr heads and 400 or more at the wheel than you may consider to go with a 1 step colder plug just for safety. but mostly your not going to untill you get to 450 at the wheel.
