wuts a cut out and how much do they cost??? how much will i be charged to have one installed??? will the car run better or be to loud to be driven daily

Cost me $40 to have it installed most people place it after the cat. You will gain horsepower because it bypasses the restricted muffler. Most of the power is gained on the top end. On a stock car I would say you should see close to 10 RWHP with a cutout.
