Default possible ignition problem, hestitation and popping

hey guys, one of my coil packs came loose and was sitting against a header for a few miles, car was running perfect before this, i bolted it back up, it ran better but its not the same. it pops when i start it up, harder to start, and i get hesitation when i punch and im pretty sure worse gas mileage. so far i checked my plugs, wires, cleaned my maf, and swapped coils around, nothing seems to help what could it be

Well if you have a bad coil...swapping them around wont fix the problem just move it. If the car misses and stumbles at idle, swap the coils around to try and find the bad one. make sure that the wire on the coils end clicks twice.
