ls1 programmer. i am looking for a ls1 programmer/editor (or preferably someone who owns one), who can do the following to my car
Disable the anti-theft VATs
Disable EGR, A.I.R., evap system, post-cat oxygen sensors blah blah blah systems and other emissions equipment
Lower the cooling fan turn on temperature.
Raising the rev limiter
really dont feel like sending out the ecu to be programed at speartech for $300. For that cost i could get my own programmer (u just don't know which one).

Nope. I have that one. All it does is reflash the ecu for fuel and timing I think. It also works as a OBDII scanner. It will not disable VATS, or emissions.
It will let you change the fan temps for both on and off, and it will let you change the rev limiter of each gear.
