Default Ported tb help

I recently ported my tb a little and did the wot mod to it and i installed it today the problem i am having problems when the car is not moving and the clutch is pressed in the idle moves up about 200 rpms and when im rolling and push in the clutch the rpms move up to about 2000 rpm it will not bounce up and down what is causing this

Check the connection on the Iac sensor.

which sensor is that the one that connects to the throttle blade or the one above that

I check and both connectors were very tight and they clicked into place, the sensors cant be bad cause my car was running fine earlier today what else could it be?

Try this 1. Turn key to the "on" position but don't start car
2. Pull the PCM BAT and PCM IGN fuses in engine compartment
3. Wait approximately 5 minutes
4. Turn ignition off
5. replace fuses
What your doing is resetting the pcm.
