Default Can Headers cause this

I just recently installed a set of Kooks 1 3/4 headers. Yesterday I got a "service engine soon" light and it was diagnosed as “The PCM has determined that the manifold absolute pressure sensor or the barometric pressure sensor input in lower then expected for the current engine operating conditions.” It could just be a lose connection but I had another thought. LT headers are supposed to scavenge and pull out the exhaust and pull in some fresh air. I wonder if, by doing this, it is pulling the air in so well that it is causing a drop in pressure in the intake and that is why I got the reading. Anyone ever hear of this or think it is possible.

No, nice theory but that just isn't the case.
