Default Best Balancer?

Hi guys i was just wondering who manufactures the best harmonic balancer and why? I was looking into the TCI and ATI but not sure which to go with. Also will I have any problems with a %25 underdrive on a street car? thanks a lot!

I just ordered the Summit LS1 SFI. Very nice peice with rasied edges to avoid throwing belts. I had an ASP 25% UD on my last SS with ZERO problems but I only had the stock radio.

I like my SLP powerdyne. Never had a problem with it. Seems to come off easier for cam swaps than the stupid stock pulley.

I like the March pulleys and have one waiting to go on. The purpose of a pulley (harmonic balancer actually) is not just to turn your accessories but to dampen the vibration of the crank. The March is a fluid dampened design and does a better job of absorbing vibrations than some of the other pulleys. This can actually prolong bearing life. It won't trigger knock sensoors either. SDCP has the best price I have seen at $199.

I went with a stock diameter ATI, but I'm weird like that. You won't get the ATI in 25% underdrive though...10% is as good as it gets.

I used Powerbond and have had no problems w/ the pulley itself. I had to purchase a different alternator pulley to sufficiently charge the battery.
