I have a Fast 90 with a NW TB, and a Lingenfelter100mm MAF, with a Fast Toys lid. I just got the MAF this week. What I did was stick the snout of the lid into a pot of boiling water, the water softenened up the lids plastic, and I was able to slide the lid over the lip of the MAF. I took the sensor out before I did this. While the plastic was still pliable I put a SSband clamp aroud the lid and MAF until the plastict hard. I had to clip a small piece of plasticf the side of the lid since thereas abouta 1/4" gap where the lid expanded. Afew applications of PVC cement to melt the plastic and it looked like a factory job. The other side of the MAF opening and the TB opening just needed 4" ID silicone tubing.

There is really nothing to see, the MAF slides into the lid just as a smaller MAF would slide into a smaller lid. I'll tell you though that is one big MAF, it looks like a stove pipe. No restriction there.
