sound level of straight lt's
I just bought some pacesetter lt's and I was wondering if it would be too loud to run them with no cats and the tsp tru dual setup with straight pipes in place of the bullets. would it rasp or sound crappy? should i just leave the bullets in? thanks for the advice in advance. oh, btw I do not have to pass emissions and I like loud exhaust. there are some pretty loud late model mustangs that ride around here and I want them to know whats up.

Take it from me, you want the bullets. I did it for a short period of time, and the volume wasn't that bad, but the thing sounded like a old beater truck. Just my .02, and BTW, it is nothing like running open headers.

yes get bullets or high flow cats. without either there will be rasp and it will sound like crap. most don't like the sound of raspy exhausts... others just want it loud and obnoxious and don't care ( generally speaking).
