Reverse rotation water pump?

Reverse rotation water pump? I did a search, and found some mentions of a reverse rotation pump coming available. However, these posts were from 2003-2004 and I haven't seen anything about one actually being available. I am looking for a reverse rotation pump because I only need the water pump and alternator. I would prefer not to use a bunch of idler pulleys. Does anyone know if there is a reverse rotation pump available?

Unfortunately it says it won't work with the stock TB. WTF? I need to see some pictures of it mounted.
