Default What sensor is this?
I broke it doing the header install... Its on the driver side, front of the head, next to the first primary??? Is it a big deal or what?

Sounds like your coolant temperature sensor.

ECT sensor, PCM needs it's input - cheap and easy to replace.

He's correct^^^. It's a very big deal, but not an expensive part.

Temp sending unit. Yes you need it. It only costs about $20 for a new one. Make sure you bleed the coolant after you replace it.
