I have a 5.3 and mechanical oil pressure gauge (auto meter Sport Comp) I need to hook it up. It was orginaly hooked up at the pan right above the oil filter, but I changed to a moroso oil pan Part #20140. I removed the stock electric oil pressure sending unit. Does anyone know if any one makes a adapter? The gauge has a 1/8 inch end I know the hole in the block is metric but what size?

 

I don't remember which one exactly, but i know i got it out of this kit. Equus Metric adapter kit #6848. It's 8.99 for the kit from parts america.com. May be able to get it locally also. Also used another adapter out of this kit to mount my temp gauge in the rear passenger side head.
