Re: TPS voltage for TB bumpstop mod?
According to the DTC description for high tps voltage (out of range) for my 01 WS6, if it goes over 4.75 Volts, it will set the code. You may not want to go quite that high to leave yourself a little bit of "room for error". Mine was at 4.3V at WOT to begin with. I filed until it reached 4.61 volts and stopped. (not fun to do with a flat file by hand either- I developed blisters. It took me about 40 minutes to do it)

Re: TPS voltage for TB bumpstop mod?
4.7 volts was too much for my M6 01 SS throttle body, the throttle blade started closing slighty at 4.7 volts so I grabed a square against the throttle blade and the back side of my throttle body and ajusted for almost exacly 90*, That way you know it's all the way open. what ever you do dont square it from the front of the throttle body, use the rear. If the throttle blade and rear of the throttle body are at 90* then your 100% open.
