The only thing I have is a 3" Cutout.

Give me a better setup that will net me more HP by doing changes/changing the exhaust(AFTER THE HEADERS) Is it worth getting a catback or going a different maybe a X-Pipe w. Bullitts or something??

I dont care about sound, so i dont want to spend the extra $$ to get a different tone, Im talking Performance wise

 

not really......compared to a cut out, true duels might actually loose a little hp (cant say for sure)....its really for sound....

what hp are you making without the spray (all motor)?
