Default Anyone familiar with this?

Alright, I have on 01 SS. SLP lid, SLP MAF, smooth bellow(all came with car when I bought it). I just recently installed pacesetter LT's, TSP ORY, E-cutout. I had the rear o2 sensors tuned out before the install. I ran the car for a few days with no codes. I did the fan switch mod. After about two days I got the SES light. I had it scanned, and have two codes.

P0102 - MAF low input A circuit (auto zone)

I went ahead and reset the SES light by turning the key to on (not starting the car) and pulling the two PCM fuses. Wait 5 min. Turn off key. Replace fuses. Start car. No light.

The car seems to run fine, however last night on the way home from the drags(ran 13.42 @ 104.2 3600 elevation), I noticed around 55-65 mph the car would run wierd. If I held a steady speed, the car would kinda hickup(not sure how else to explain it) over and over. Not really bad, but just a little. I could feel it.


Well I was hoping someone with more knowledge than myself could tell me what would be going on here. Any thoughts/suggestions would be much appriciated. Thanks for your time.

Would starting the car with the fans running create low voltage for the o2 sensors or the MAF?

Im going to lean towards your MAF being at fault. That code usually indicates the a bad signal being sent to the computer from the sensor. It could be in the wiring, or it could be dirt on the element.

I see. I checked the wiring, everything appears ok visually, but the light came back on, so something is still wrong... Would a different MAF fix this? Or would I need to work on the wiring?

Did you check the wiring for continuity. I would definately check the ground circuit for high resistance. After that I would look at a new MAF.
