Cut off gains?
Cut off gains? Does anyone have dyno proven numbers of the cut-off open and closed. I have a Hooker LT, ORY and Magnaflow exhaust. I was wondering if capping it would lose HP and/or torque? I want to re-tune it for the new MAF just waiting on the new pigtail. By the way, I did search for cut-off gain numbers and under Magnaflow vs cut-off.
Try searching for "cutout" or "cut out"....I've never heard it called a cut off. I believe people had dyno'd with a cutout open and with it closed and it was maybe a 4-5 hp difference.
