Should I Do This? i have a stock 99' LS1 with plans and I was given a LS2 90mm intake from a friend with an 06 GTO but i know all of the intakes for the LS1's have hookups (or slots) for the E.G.R. so is it worth it to cut off the E.G.R. and bolt up the LS2 intake or will it be too big of a pain and should i just buy one that fits? I dont want the car running like **** because of the SES?
your right 01= dont have egr . i think dude is yalking about the egr on his ride worth taking off . if you got egr / air hooked up most folks take it off . you can get a mail order tune from several sponsors to delete it from your compter .
