Cutout/Catback Install Questions

I recently purchased a hooker catback and a manual cutout. I plan on installing the cutout in the famous spot in the I pipe under the rear seat. I found a guy that will weld the cutout in the I pipe for $50. Is that a fair price? Should I keep looking?

Also, What's involved in installing the catback? I've read you basically need to cut the stock one off then it all goes in pretty easy. I have no use for my stock catback so I don't mind Hacking it up.

Na that sounds good. Installing the cat back is easy and so is the cut out for that matter but unless you know how to weld $50 isn't bad.
