Default Problem with AIR block off plate ... Need help

I'm taking off my AIR and EGR today and the right block-off plate is loose after I ratchet it down, so I take the bolts out and try to ratchet them down again. Still loose, ratchet a bit more and the head comes off of one of the bolts. Uh oh!

Any suggestions?

You could either drill it out or try to grab the bolt with some vise grips or something and walk it out.

Easy out? Those have worked for me in the past when I snapped a rocker arm bolt off in the head. talk about a scary situation. Also try to re-use the gasket that was on that spot to begin with, or use some high heat RTV sealant to make sure you don't have any leaks.

Where can I get easy out? The only place I found was online.
