Default crank pulley removal help needed!

I tried to use the three arm puller loaned out to me from autozone and the bolt that threads through it to pull snapped in two. I don't even think my pulley budged yet. Is it supposed to be that tough to pull off? And can someone recommend a puller for me to go out and get, maybe by name or part number?

Thanks,

S. Coil

Look on http://www.ls1howto.com at the cam swap or heads/cam swap and you'll see a picture of the pulley I use all the time for both stock and ASP pullies. It can be had at autozone.

And yes, its a bitch to get off.

that looks just like the one I broke. I hope they sell bolts to replace, instead of replacing the whole damn puller, lol. Thanks for all your help today, JMX
