fast 92 and blue max throttle body
I got mine installed last week and have the same issues with the TB sticking. I am going let it break in and adjust the TB stop screw. In traffic I just hit the gas and then the brake and it stops the problem, but idling at 1300rpms is getting tiring some.

You should be able to return it. IMO you should not have to modify something that is brand new. I understand parts like headers and chassis pieces sometimes need a little finessing but a throttle body should be smooth and not stick....after all thats its job.

Does it hang open if the the throttle cable is disconnected ? The reason I'm asking is because the little hole on the throttle body where the round anchor on the end of the throttle cable fits into might be a tad too tight and causing it to stick . It needs to be able to rotate freely . Fast throttle bodies have a reputation for doing the same thing and that seems to be the culprit . My Fast throttle body did this and all I did was take a drill bit that was the next size up from the hole and drill it out and that stopped it from sticking .
