Is this normal?
Is this normal? Got a 224/224 .581 112lsa cam in my LQ4 with AFR 205's... (all new to me)
Car runs healthy and pulls like crazy, but on cold start ups it wants/does die on me unless i monitor it and give it gas until it warms up...
any ideas?

That could be a tuning issue. When i first put the cam in it would take 2 times to start it sometimes. But that was untuned. Now that its tuned it starts up right away
That doesn't seem normal to me! I have a bigger cam and smaller cubes, the cars starts right up and purrrrs even when the temps are very low. I know mine idles a bit higher when its cold so its probably a minor tuning issue. I am sure if you can live with it, that its not gonna hurt anything!
