Corvette guys....need some info.... on the LS1 F-bodies, we have a cast aluminum bracket on the drivers side head that is used to mount the power steering pump....the passenger's side head does not have anything...
Now...on the Vettes, do you guys have anything bolted (i.e. a bracket) to that passenger's side head (I thought your AC or alternator was there)?
I'm fabricating up a mechanical crank case vacuum pump for my car and if the Vettes had a bracket there, it would give me something to start with...otherwise I'm going to have to sit down with a 1/2 think aluminum plait and machine it out (not the most fun way to spend a day...
)....

Re: Corvette guys....need some info.... There is nothing there on a vette. However, F-bodies 98 through 2000 have an EGR bracket on the passengers side head. Maybe that'd be a good place to start? I dunno.
