dual e cutouts, before or after cats?

well im planning on some LT AR headers, with cats, so im wondering if i should try and fab something up and put the cut outs before the cats, or after, any ideas on what would give me more hp thnx

Put it on the I pipe under the passenger side rear seat. Look under the car and theres a perfect spot for it you will see it. Best spot for a cutout IMO, any reason why you want 2 cutouts?
