Question SLP Air Filter

I am going to service my filter soon. A Quick question and I honestly do not know the answer.

I have a SLP flow pack, it came with a Blue filter, so its not a K&N, I think its a holley powershot but in the litature that I have rec it mentioned a black wing filter. Also that not to use other companies recharge kits.

Has anyone just used another kit or bought it through SLP?

Any idea on what to do.

The SLP kit is a Blackwing filter made by Donadlson I beleive.

We sell the replacement filter here-

http://marylandspeed.com/slp-blackwi...12b-p-225.html

and the recharge kit here-

http://marylandspeed.com/slp-blackwi...017-p-663.html

Both are fairly inexpensive, so it is really not worth switching to another brand IMO.

Does the blackwing filter fit better than the K&N? If so I will be getting one.
