C6 tips..

C6 tips.. Now i have an offer for a couple of these from a guy on corvetteforums for only 38 shipped, but first i have 2 questions.
What exactly is the inlet? He says they are between 2 and 2.5, so will they fit on my Loudmouth pipes? Which are 2.5 i believe.
And also, are they the resonated type? When i first bought exhaust tips summit sent me the wrong ones, and i ended up getting a set of resonated tips and it made my exhaust sound like pure ****....almost like a 4 cylinder. I noticed on the insides of the tips there is little bumps in there...
BTW i'm kind of in a hurry, i'm ready to send the money if they aren't resonated and will fit..

Come one guys, i just ordered a pair from a guy for 25 shipped ( what a freaking deal) and i need to know what to do in order to get the 2" inlet on the tip to fit the 2.5" outlet on the loudmouth pipe.....I know it's been done.

he referenced to cutting something, i'm not sure exactly what he means...
also wondered since they are resonated how much of a sound diff they will make. i had some resonted tips when i first got my loudmouth and they made it sound like a 4 cylinder
