what all for puley install???

my buddy is about to install a powerbond pulley on his ls1...he has the crank bolt and new belts, is there anything else he needs for the install? he was told that he would also need a seal, but did not know which one...

no seal needed!!!!!!! just a piece of all-thread and thick washers to fit flat on pulley and also a small thrust bearing so its easier to turn. to start the pulley on

I'll rent you hawk618's pulley install tool if you like, I rent out a whole cam install tool package and it is part of it.

New crank seal if $4. I would get one. Use the pully to seat the new seal. No Oil leaks this way.

kool...ive got a buddy who has the tools to get the pulley off and back on.

so would we be able to get this seal at vatozone? gm dealerships are already closed for the weekend...
